Position SummaryThe Production Associate/Worker is responsible for reworking non?conforming products using high?speed manufacturing and packaging equipment in a cGMP?compliant environment. This role supports the production and packaging of VITEK® 2 cards and plays a vital part in maintaining product quality, accuracy, and documentation integrity.
This position is ideal for candidates who are detail?oriented, reliable, and interested in hands?on manufacturing work within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform rework of non?conforming products using high?speed production and packaging equipment.
- Assist with the setup, operation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of manufacturing equipment.
- Support VITEK 2 card manufacturing and packaging processes in compliance with cGMP requirements.
- Complete assigned production batches, including all required documentation.
- Perform AQL inspections, rework activities, and material reconciliation.
- Ensure accuracy and traceability in batch records and related documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Contribute positively to team morale and foster a collaborative workplace culture.
Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to work at a steady pace while maintaining quality standards

Pay Details: $15.12 per hour
