The Boeing Company is seeking a strategic and dynamic Site Lead Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Helena, MT.

Helena is a metals site for our fabrication division in BCA. The Hard Metals work done here is a key component for future Fabrication work in support of Composites and Future Airplane Production. Current Headcount is expected to grow to up to 250 next year with potential to double this in the future. This position will need to be closely tied in with the community and Workforce Development to find Pipeline for Skills, Future Housing needs and Community involvement. As a member of the Helena Leadership Team and the Metals HR team there is a tremendous opportunity to make a significant impact at The Boeing Company in this role.
Position Responsibilities:
Partner with Fabrication Metals organization and leadership team
Provide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions
Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation. Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives
Represent the site in the Incident Management Team and site planning activities such as: Inclement Weather preparation, emergency preparedness, safety huddles, etcetera
Partner closely with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS), Facilities, Security, Communications and Labor Relations on site standards including: health and safety initiatives such as tobacco free policy, speeding mitigation, wellness and Emergency Action Procedures seminars, etcetera
Lead in proactive site planning for people strategy and communications, site 5S planning, and other site wide processes
Communicate with HR peers and leaders on site activities
Serve as senior leader and conduit for business/function specific talent planning, productivity performance optimization, organizational change and leadership development
Partner with leadership to develop and enhance robust talent strategies to include workforce staffing and leadership development
Partner with local community organizations in support of our future workforce strategy plan developing a pipeline for the future
Build cross functional and cross organizational partnerships with HR, enterprise functional partners, and business leaders
Address site level engagement and culture issues proactively and make necessary changes to mitigate organization risk
Consult with site leaders on succession plans
Create site-based people processes/procedures based on business needs
Counsel site leadership on staffing and culture/engagement strategy
Develop future workforce plan/strategy with business leaders
Partner with community groups and leaders in the execution of the long-term people strategy
Provide day to day support to the business teams on employee issues, investigations, staffing, ectara
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
3+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Human Resources certification
5+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style

Summary pay range for Level 4: $110,500 – $149,500
Summary pay range for the Level 5: $141,100 - $190,900
