Responsibilities and Duties:

• For this position, we are looking for candidates with extensive experience with painting. The position would be at least 50% painting (Primer and Top Coat) and the remaining 50% working on repair work.
• Perform all work assigned in accordance with approved FAA data.
• Structural Repair & Composite repair experience is a requirement.
• Ensure complete and proper documentation of work performed.
• Ensure that all maintenance performed and is in an air-worthy condition.
• Maintains the premises and the repair station in a clean and organized manner.
• Performs additional duties as requested by the manager personnel.

Education, Knowledge and Skills:

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License is required
• Experience of communication skills, report writing and presentation skills
• English communication in both speech and written format

For the mechanic candidates, we are looking for people who are currently using their A&P licenses (at least 2-3 years of experience) or they have 5-10 years of mechanic experience throughout their careers if their most recent employment was not as a mechanic.
