Pay Rate: Starting at $33.43 per hour
Make an Impact Where It Matters MostPDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to find a driven and detail-oriented Shipside Operations Specialist. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as a critical link across multiple teams, helping resolve operational challenges, improve processes, and ensure smooth, efficient production support. Your work will directly influence operational success on the ground—and ultimately in the air.
What You’ll DoAs a Shipside Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the center of action, driving coordination and continuous improvement efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging technical knowledge and process flow understanding to resolve operational issues efficiently
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of emergent challenges
- Conducting assessments of processes and practices against established standards
- Analyzing and interpreting operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Providing feedback on assessment results and supporting implementation of solutions
- Identifying recurring and high-impact issues and assisting in root cause analysis
- Supporting development and execution of corrective action plans
- Tracking and facilitating progress on open operational items
- Providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environments
- 1+ year of experience in operations analysis or operations research
- 1+ year of experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable attendance and commitment to supporting variable shifts
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)
- 3+ years of experience in the airline or aerospace industry
- Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders

Pay Details: $33.43 per hour
